I am very excited to be part of the trade delegation visiting Dublin this week, supported by the UK Department of Business & Trade and the Northern Powerhouse. I am looking forward to discussing how effective mentoring programs can be easy to implement and deliver results on the ground.
In the UK we are implementing an industry wide mentoring scheme (specifically in agriculture and looking at how to expand into other industries) alongside supporting businesses to use the software in-house for their own schemes. I enjoy working with people who have tried to implement mentoring schemes but have found it very onerous and time-consuming.
